K386 is an isogonal nK passing through G, O, H, K. Its root is X(14545), the intersection of the lines X(101)X(514) and X(107)X(110). It is a member of the class CL061. The tangents at O, H pass through K. See Table 30 for other cubics of the same type and the related K1244. K386 is invariant under the CundyParry transformations as seen in CL037. K386 is also invariant under the involutions M > GM /\ KM* and M > GM* /\ KM, where M* is the isogonal conjugate of M.
